Online Expos to be scheduled across India in 2016
New Delhi, February 01, 2016: Housing.com, India’s most innovative and trusted real estate platform, today announced that it has entered in an exclusiveone year partnership with ICICI Property Services, a division of ICICI Home Finance Company. Under the partnership, Housing.com will organize virtual exhibitions during the year which will see participation from various leading developers across India. The virtual exhibitions will not only provide customers with access to rich information on various properties but also empower them to engage directly with their preferred developers at the click of a button.
As a first initiative, Housing.com will be launching a 21 day virtual exhibition for the developers in Pune on February 2nd, 2016. The 21 day virtual exhibit of properties, presented by Housing.com is a pilot project that will showcase over 12 projects by 5 leading realtors in Pune and will have exciting offers such as 1% cashback, all inclusive rates etc. The exhibition will witness participation from the leading developers namelyParanjpe Schemes Company Limited,Nyati Group, Naiknavare Developers, Kasturi Developers and Mont Vert Group. Attracting potential home buyers to invest in the real estate sector, the participating developers are expected to exhibit projects with prices ranging from INR 18 lacs. to INR 1.14cr +.

The customers will be able to get details such as floor plans, facilities, exclusive offers and various payment options.Furthermore, consumers will be able to book their homes online.ICICI Property Services, in partnership with Housing.com, will play an important role in fulfilment of the leads generated from the exhibition and will take the virtual platform to multiple citiesacross India.
Recently, Housing.com entered in an exclusive partnership with MCHI-CREDAI to present a virtual exhibition with over 150 developers showcasing over 400 projects across India. The online expo witnessed an overwhelming response with registrations from 60,000 home buyers and houses worth Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of Rs. 250 crore were sold during Diwali. The online expo also received significant traction from customers across international markets such as US, UK, UAE and Singapore.
