New Delhi, September 06, 2018: The Division Bench of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India presided by Hon’ble Mr. Justice AK Sikri and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ashok Bhushan dismissed SLP (Criminal) 397 and connected matters of 2017 filed by T J Abraham against the order of the division bench of Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka.
The Hon’ble High Court had earlier dismissed the complaint filed by TJ Abraham before Lok Ayukta alleging that all activities of NICE from 1995 to date were illegal and tainted with criminality and that a criminal investigation should be conducted.
With this order, all the allegations against the company (fraud, illegalities etc) till date have been categorically rejected by the highest court of the country.
