Home and Soul Delivers First ever Group Housing Project on Yamuna Expressway

New Delhi, June 11, 2019: Home and Soul, NCR’S leading real estate developer has offered possession of the first phase of its exhilarating group housing Project ‘Beetle Lap’ located just off the. This is the first ever group housing project on the 165 km long Yamuna Expressway which has received the completion certificate from Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.

The project is developed by Royal Hometown Planners Private Limited under its umbrella, Home and Soul; it started with an initial investment of INR 200 crore. The project provides total 460 Units including 4 Penthouses and 456 Flats. The price of houses start from INR 50 lacs and ranges upto INR 73 lacs, price of penthouses start from INR 2 crore.

In the very first phase of its delivery, 206 flats were sold out of 224 flats. The valuation of the projects sold so far stand at INR 193.52 Crores approx. Speaking on the success of first phase, Sakshi Katiyal, CEO of Home and Soul said, “We are thrilled to offer possession for the first phase of our residential project Beetle Lap. Beetle Lap offers spacious and opulent 2 and 3 BHK apartments and penthouses with state-of-the-art architecture.”
