Utsav Residents from Bhiwadi and Lavasa together Celebrate the beginning of Utsav Lavasa

New Delhi, April 30,2014 – Over 400 senior citizens from Delhi, NCR, Bhiwadi, Jaipur Pune, Lavasa and Mumbai etc celebrates the day of whilst giving them a reason to unite and cherish. The occasion was twofold, one, to announce the beginning of a new era in Lavasa where possession were handed over of Utsav Active Senior Living Lavasa to the owners and the other was bringing the entire Utsav Community over a single platform to provide them an opportunity of sharing their experiences and expectations of post retirement life.

The event started with the mesmerizing performances by senior citizens from Bhiwadi and Jaipur. They performed on old numbers which made people rethink about the idea of senior living. Singing and dancing was the highlight of the event which bought a positive energy to the event.

Followed by the performances Mr Ankur Gupta, JMD of Ashiana housing LTD gave a presentation on Senior Living highlighting the USP of their projects and interactive sessions with customers, listening to their suggestions. Also a presentation to discuss the environment issues and the efforts which can be made to make the place more beautiful is made by the environment specialist.

People showed interest and came with queries which was answered by Mr Ankur Gupta and their team.
