The Great Online Shopping Festival (GOSF) an initiative by Google India ran from 10th to 12th of December 2014. The premium and luxury Mumbai based properties developer House of Hiranandani saw a huge spike in website registrations for their properties in Chennai and Bangalore.
“Great Online Shopping Festival is very popular amongst online buyers; hence we saw this as a very good opportunity to tap online shoppers. The response that we have got has surpassed our own expectations. We have received close to 6000 registrations which is almost thrice the current inventory available with us in Bangalore and Chennai. Interestingly, NRI enquiries were close to 27% of the overall registrations”, said a spokesperson from House of Hiranandani.
House of Hiranandani offered attractive discount offers to prospective home buyers on their range of properties across projects in Bengaluru and Chennai till 12th December, 2014, the last day of the sales festival.
