Godrej Properties wins Three Prestigious Awards

The Mumbai-based real estate developer wins awards for its residential and commercial projects at the CNBC AWAAZ Real Estate Awards 2012 Godrej Properties Ltd. (BSE scrip id: GODREJPRP) the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, won three awards at the CNBC AWAAZ REAL ESTATE AWARDS 2012 ceremony held in Mumbai on 22 nd December. The Company received awards for its projects Godrej Garden City, Godrej Prakriti and Godrej  Waterside. Godrej Garden City, a township project at Ahmedabad, won award for the ‘Best Residential Project’ in Ahmedabad, in mid-segment category of projects that are 70% complete.

Godrej Prakriti, a residential development at Kolkata, won award for the ‘Best Residential Project’  in Kolkata, in the mid-segment category of projects that are 70% complete. Godrej Waterside, an IT Park located in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata, won award of  the ‘Best Commercial Property’ in Kolkata. Godrej Garden City (GGC) is conveniently located in the heart of Ahmedabad, just off SG Highway. GGC proposes to house over 13,000 apartments and villas once completed. The master plan of GGC has been created by world-renowned architects Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM).
