Godrej Properties sells over 60,000 sq. meters (600,000 sq. ft.) in a single day at the launch of its Greater Noida Township

Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) (BSE scrip id: GODREJPRP), one of India’s leading real estate developers, today announced that it has sold over 60,000 sq. meters (6 lakh sq. ft.) of villas with a booking value well in excess of Rs.300 crore in a single day at the launch of its first project, Crest, at its 100 acre township Godrej Golf Links. The company’s first ever project in the Noida and Greater Noida market has received a stupendous response, making this one of Godrej Properties’ most successful launches. This is also one of the country’s most successful recent launches and has come at a time when the NCR market has been witnessing a slowdown. Godrej Golf Links is being developed as a joint venture with ACE Group, a leading developer in NCR.

Godrej Golf Links, a golf and recreational residential township spread across 100 acres, will house a community of residential villas, a 9-hole golf course, and a wide-range of recreational features.
