Godrej Properties opens office in Singapore

Mumbai, September 20, 2016: The Mumbai-based real estate developer opens a new international office to focus on sales to international customers

Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) (BSE scrip id: GODREJPRP), one of India’s leading real estate developers, announced that it has opened an international representative office in Singapore. The office is strategically located at One Fullerton Road in the heart of Singapore’s key business district.

Over the years, Godrej Properties has been working with customers in various international markets including Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, Australia, Africa, U.K., and U.S.A. With the opening of this new representative office, GPL’s second international office after its first one was opened in Dubai two years ago, GPL will engage directly with the Indian diaspora located across Singapore and neighbouring geographies.
