Godrej Properties launches Godrej Emerald in Thane

Mumbai, August 29, 2016: The Mumbai-based real estate developer launches a premium residential project at Ghodbunder Road, Thane

Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) (BSE scrip id: GODREJPRP), one of India’s leading real estate developers, today announced the launch of Godrej Emerald, a premium residential project at Ghodbunder Road, Thane. Spread across 6.25 acres, the project offers a total saleable area of approximately 125,000 sq. m. (1.35 million sq. ft.). The first phase of the project will consist of three high rise residential towers where customers will have the option to choose from 1.5 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK apartments ranging from 46 sq. m. to 92 sq. m. (500 sq. ft. to 1,000 sq. ft.).
