Godrej Properties completes Phase I of Godrej Prakriti, Kolkata

The Mumbai real estate developer commences handing over of apartments at its

residential project in Sodepur, Kolkata

Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) (BSE: GODREJPRP), the real estate development arm

of the Godrej Group, today commenced the handing over process of the 1st Phase in

Godrej Prakriti, Sodepur, Kolkata. Standing 15 storeys tall, Phase I comprises of five

towers with 2 BHK, 2 BHK study and 3 BHK modern apartments measuring between

929 sq. ft to 1,060 sq. ft. There are 537 apartments that have been delivered in

Phase I of this project.
