Falconcity of Wonders and Hong Kong media delegates discuss business & investment potential of mega development

Bengaluru, January 08, 2016: Falconcity of Wonders LLC, the developers of the multipurpose mega project ‘Falconcity of Wonders’ (FCW) being built in Dubai, recently hosted a delegation of media representatives from Hong Kong to outline the business and investment opportunities of FCW. The visit provided valuable insights into FCW’s progress, regional and global investment potentials, and its important role in reinforcing Dubai’s role as a global real estate hub.

The guests were given an extensive tour of FCW’s various phases and key components. Mr. Alharith bin Salem Almoosa, Vice Chairman & Deputy General Manager of FCW LLC, met with the delegates and explained how the project’s various components complement and highlight the development’s unique ‘Wonders of the World’ concept by presenting a full-scale model. He also emphasized key points related to FCW’s emergence as one of the most prominent and worthwhile real estate projects in Dubai.

Mr. Alharith bin Salem Almoosa said: “This visit was an excellent opportunity for us to explain the major significance of our project for the real estate landscape of Dubai and the region to members of the press. We intend to work more closely with the investors in Hong Kong and to strengthen our communication channels by matching FCW’s offerings with the specific needs of their market, which represents one of the promising real estate audiences in the world today.”

Interest in Dubai among leading investors from Hong Kong and China keeps on rising, a trend which FCW aims to leverage through strategic initiatives such as its active participation in the Hong Kong edition of the Dubai Property Show set to be held this January. The visit forms part of a series of initiatives to heighten FCW’s global visibility to investors. Covering more than 41 million square feet, FCW has been attracting international interest to its ‘World in a City’ concept complemented by various residential, tourist, entertainment and recreational elements that collectively form the shape of a falcon in tribute of the UAE’s national emblem, culture and

heritage. The mega development features the Leaning Tower of Dubai, Taj Arabia, the Dubai Hanging Gardens of Babylon, Dueiffel Tower and Dubai Great Wall, among other renowned wonders.
