Eros Sampoornam offers possession letter to 1700 homebuyers

Greater Noida, January 19, 2017: With the beginning of the New Year Eros Group, one of the leading realty giants in Delhi NCR, gives another reason to celebrate. It has offered possession letters to the homebuyers of its premium project, Eros Sampoornam, located in Sector-2 of Greater Noida West. The Phase -1 of the project is complete and ready for possession. This phase comprises of total 21 towers whose Occupancy Certificate (OC) has been received .A total of 1768 possession letters have been granted to the homebuyers, among whom 54 have given their acceptance . Eros Group is one of the few developers in this region which has received occupancy letters for all its 21 towers and offered possessions at such large numbers. “With possessions down the pipeline, the region of Greater Noida West will soon be transformed into a more livable place. With possessions started in our project, we expect approximately 300 o 400 homebuyers to give their acceptance by end of January and more than 700 by mid of year 2017” said Mr. Avneesh Sood, Director, Eros Group.
