Company organises plantation drives and awareness programs at project sites
Gurgaon, June 06, 2015: India’s leading real estate developer, Emaar MGF commemorated the 43rd ‘World Environment Day’ today at its various project sites in Gurgaon and Mohali. The company organised a multitude of activities to stress upon the importance of adopting eco-friendly attitude, and practices amongst employees and Contractor’s staff.
The World Environment Day is an annual initiative founded by United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in 1972. It is celebrated every year on 5 th June to encourage citizens across the globe, for taking positive environmental action to protect the nature and our planet. This year’s theme is, “Seven Billion Dreams. One Planet. Consume with Care”, to promote sustainable lifestyles, and responsible management of available natural resources.
