Emaar India gets Clearance Nod to handover The Palm Drive

– Company expedites execution with army of 10,000 labourers at project sites –

Gurugram, February 17, 2017: Emaar India, the iconic brand and leading global property developer, today announced the receipt of Occupancy Certificate (OC) for the second phase of its premium luxury project The Palm Drive located on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 66, Gurugram. This is the third project delivery in as many months by Emaar India, which is presently focused on rapid execution and seamless delivery of all its ongoing projects.

Emaar India has received Occupation Certificate for 378 units in Premier Terraces, Palm Studios, and Palm Terraces, which are part of The Palm Drive project. Earlier, the Company had delivered more than 500 units of Sky Terraces, Premier Terraces and Garden Terraces, along with the luxurious Clubhouse having premium recreational facilities, and 262 EWS units, in The Palm Drive project. Around 300 families have already moved in the project, which is spread across 37 acres and comprising of 1460 units, and are experiencing the state-of-the-art living on offer.
