Eco Path Scales Profitably as Developers Turn to Climate-Smart Infrastructure Solutions

Bengaluru, May 25,  2026: In India’s construction sector, sustainability is often treated as an afterthought. EcoPath Innovations is attempting to change that by rethinking how roads, paving systems, and external development infrastructure are engineered from the ground up.

EcoPath Innovations, a climate-tech company focused on low-carbon construction solutions, has reported an 83% year-on-year revenue growth, increasing from ₹1.70 crore in FY 2024–25 to ₹3.11 crore in FY 2025–26, while remaining PAT positive and profitable.

Co- Founded by Sourabh Kumar and Abhishek Chhazed, the company combines engineering, manufacturing, and execution to help developers reduce cement usage, lower embodied carbon, and build more durable, climate-conscious infrastructure systems. EcoPath currently operates more than five manufacturing units in Bengaluru and has been expanding across premium real estate, hospitality, institutional, and farmland developments.

Its recent portfolio includes projects with developers such as Lodha and Svamitva Group, alongside multiple premium villa and plotted developments where the company has deployed low-carbon roads, zero-cement paving systems, and climate-resilient infrastructure solutions.

EcoPath has also executed several first-of-their-kind projects, including India’s first cement-free cast-in-situ concrete road and a carbon-negative bituminous road pilot in Bengaluru.

“Infrastructure in India has traditionally been treated as a pure execution business. But the larger opportunity lies in redesigning systems to make them more durable, resource-efficient, and climate-conscious from the start,” said Sourabh Kumar, Founder, EcoPath Innovations.

He further added, “What excites us is that developers today are becoming far more open to engineering-led sustainability instead of cosmetic green claims. We are seeing growing demand for solutions that are practical, scalable, and built for long-term performance.”

As developers increasingly look for smarter and lower-carbon alternatives, EcoPath is positioning itself as part of a new generation of companies focused not just on construction, but on redefining how infrastructure gets built in India.
