Duville Estates to debut in Pune

September 03, 2015
Duville Estates, a new real estate company, is all set to enter the Pune market with their flagship 31 acresproject located in the sought-after eastern corridor area of Kharadi. The project called ‘Riverdale’ comprises of three distinct gated communities: Riverdale Grand, Riverdale Residences and Riverdale Heights which will offer spacious 4 & 5, 2 & 3 and 1 & 2 BHK apartments respectively. Backing this new venture is the 200 year-old legacy of the Dubash family, which is one of India’s oldest business families.

Kharadi is currently the front-runner in the value appreciation race in Pune’s real estate market and its new IT destination. The infrastructure development in the area has been both fast and superior compared to most other areas of the city. City centers like MG Road, Bund Garden Road and KalyaniNagar are less than a 20 minute drive from Kharadi, making it a convenient location forboth commercial and residential purposes. The Pune Airport is also located just a few kilometres away from Kharadi. In addition to these locational benefits of Kharadi as a destination, the project sits on one of the most prime pieces of real estate in the area, having a huge frontage on t he Mulla-Mutha River and with excellent road connectivity.

“Venturing into real estate is one of our most excitingendeavors. Riverdale is designed to suit the needs of every homebuyer who seeks value for money and expects quality living with exceptional architectural and interior finesse. Our first immediate target is to enter the mindset of the real estate buyer and establish a concrete consumer-supplier relationship which will ultimately help ensure that we firmly establish our place in the real estate industry in the country,” says Tushad Dubash, Director, Duville Estates.

In the first phase of the development, Duville Estates is looking to launch Riverdale Heights, the first of the three gated communities, which will have 5 towers of 1 and 2 BHK apartments. There is an influx of working professionals who are looking to buy homes and willing to invest in premium housing, especially in the Kharadi area. The project, has been designed by London based architects UHA-London which is headed by two architects who come from the stable of the famous architect Norman Foster. Riverdale Heights has been designed to offer a range of distinct amenities including a fully equipped gym, clubhouse with a community hall, swimming pool, tennis court, cricket nets and multiple sports courts. The developers have brought on board the vast experience of Milind Korde and his team at Ananta Landwise to act as Development Managers to the project and oversee its timely completion. The project has been pre-certified by the India Green Building Council (IGBC) as a Gold rated project and has received approvals from the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC).
