DLF CONTRIBUTES TO GOVERNMENT’S EFFORTS TO SUPPORT FARMERS

Gurgaon, May 05, 2015: DLF, in furtherance of its commitment towards national causes, has contributed Rs. 1 crore to Prime Minister’s Relief Fund and Rs. 1 crore to Haryana Chief Minister’s Relief Fund on Wednesday April 29, 2015. This contribution is specifically to support the government efforts in providing relief to the farmers, who have witnessed significant adversities due to unfavorable weather conditions.

The contributory cheques were handed over to Shri Manohar Lal, Hon’ble Chief Minister Of Haryana for the CM Relief Fund and to Shri Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Minister of Sate (Independent Charge) for Power, Coal and New & Renewable Energy for the PM Relief Fund, in the august presence of Shri Rao Inderjit Singh, Minister of State for Planning (Independent Charge) and Defence and Shri Rao Narbir Singh, Minister, PW (B&R) Department, Government of Haryana.
