Deputy Mayor of London visits India’s Largest & Tallest Mixed Use Development, “Supernova”

Calls it as an “Impressive project”

New Delhi, November 13, 2016: Mr. Rajesh Agarwal, Honorable Deputy Mayor of London, today visited the county’s largest & tallest mixed use development “Supernova” by Supertech in Noida. Mr. Agarwal is in India as part of United Kingdom Prime Minister Ms. Theresa May’s delegation.

Upon his arrival, the Deputy Mayor was greeted by Mr. R K Arora, Chairman, Supertech and Mr. Mohit Arora, Managing Director, Supertech. The management of Supertech took him to the building site, model room and sample flats, shared the project’s highlights and explained state of the art technology used in construction.

Mr. Rajesh Agarwal, Deputy Mayor of London,said, “I am delighted to visit this ultramodern and aesthetically being designed mixed use development project, Supernova. The fact that this mega Iconic structure is being designed by the famous London headquartered firm, Benoy, gives me a reason to feel proud of this association”. He further added that even London does not have any project of this stature till date.

Supernova is India’s largest mixed use development spread across 6 million sq. ft. of area. Spira, one of the towers in Supernova, is India’s tallest mixed use development, which will stand at a height of 300 metres, having 80 floors. The construction of the tower is in full swing and has crossed 50^th floor at a height of 185 metres, which already makes it the tallest tower of North India. Recently, CTBUH (Council of Tall Building and Urban Habitat), Chicago, USA, recognized ‘Spira’ Tower as the first and only twisting tower in India.
