Columbia Pacific Communities Expands its Opportunities in India

Plans to set up its first International Senior Living Community in Bangalore

Bangalore, May 29, 2019 : Columbia Pacific Management, a Seattle-based international healthcare provider, and an affiliated company, plans to expand its wings into the Indian senior housing market. Embarking on a significant expansion plan in the country, the company plans to set up its first senior living community designed to international standards and practices in Bangalore.

After the successful acquisition of Serene Retirement homes in 2017, Columbia Pacific Communities, today, serves 1600 residential homes in nine communities, which are spread across five cities in south India.
