The report will provide you a quarterly review of 8 major residential markets in India including Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Bengaluru (Bangalore), Chennai, Kolkata and Pune. The Highlights of the report are as follows:

HIGHLIGHTS

  • There was an increase in enquiries from buyers this quarter across all the major cities but only Bengaluru, Chennai and Pune witnessed an increase in transaction volumes.
  • Bangalore, Chennai and Pune also witnessed increase in launch of number of new projects in mid and affordable range.
  • In cities such NCR and Mumbai, developers continued to promote their unsold stock by offering innovative payment plans.
  • Capital values remained stable in NCR and Mumbai while Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata witnessed 2-12% increase QoQ.
  • We anticipate a stable price scenario except in Bangalore, Chennai and Pune which may see marginal appreciation in affordable and mid-size category due to firm demand. CCI Newswire
