CMC Introduces Mega White – Flexible Porcelain Tiles For Curved Building Facades

Mumbai, January 27, 2019: Classic Marble Company (CMC) has launched its latest flexible porcelain tile product – Mega White under its brand, Kalesinterflex. Mega White is a matte finished, pearl white product available in thicknesses of 3mm and 5mm, and is 1000 x 3000 mm in size.

Unlike ordinary tiles, Kalesinterflex has a 5.5m range of flex and this flexibility allows the tile to cover concave and convex surfaces. The 3mm thickness makes the tiles lighter in weight and easy to handle, making them an ideal wall clad and façade material for most buildings, especially for tall structures. Manufactured using the best quality raw material and unique technology, the product is highly resistant to fire, water and dust and hence is suitable for façade applications in tropical climates like India. Despite being thin, the tile is hard, durable and rates 7 on Mohs scale of hardness. Its smooth surface does not retain dirt and is virtually maintenance free.
