Clovermark has Appointed Former VP of Lodha Group Santosh Kumar as Chief Sales Officer Effective from February 2016

Bengaluru, February, 2016: Prior to CloverMark, Santosh was Vice President- Sales of The Lodha Group, India’s largest Developer. From affordable to luxury, he has mastered all segments of real estate residential segments. Individually, he set a very high bar by directing sales of over 25 thousand housing units within a short span of 7 years. He was the driving force behind the success of Palava City, a Lodha project which will become India’s largest private city spread over 4000 acres. After 8 years’ of an immensely successful journey, Mr.Santosh has decided to make his mark on Bengaluru’s real estate market, by becoming part of the CXO Team at CloverMark.

Santosh Kumar started his career with ITC as a Manager. But within a short period, his innovative professional skills and hard-working spirit made him Area Manager with Times of India, East followed by Head Operations, Planet M. Post that, he stepped into the Real Estate segment, by joining Lodha Group in Mumbai. He directed selling of inventory of over Rs.12500 crores for The Lodha Group, with a spectacular record of selling over 500 flats in a single day for Palava City. This was public news and appeared on 15th Feb, 2015 in The Times of India (Mumbai Main Edition). Santosh brings his ambition of large sales volumes and of creating a great organization to CloverMark.
