Chief Minister Siddaramaiah inaugurates MFAR Manyata Tech Park Phase IV in Bengaluru

The world class facility by MFAR Developers is poised to become the pride of India’s IT City

Bengaluru, January 24, 2017: MFAR Manyata Tech Park Phase IV was unveiled by MFAR Developers in Nagawara, Bengaluru. The inauguration was graced by Shri Siddaramaiah, Honourable Chief Minister of Karnataka and other key dignitaries such as Shri. U.T. Manyata Tech Park Phase IV is a mixed-use office development and commercial amenities space, spread across 1.4 million square feet. It includes a retail wing with fine dining restaurants, cafés, banks, shopping amenities and a health & fitness centre. The Phase IV Building offers 1 million square feet of business space that will cater to an estimated 10,000 professionals.

The 12-storey building has three levels of underground parking, adjacent to the campus. It is the first office building in India to be constructed using top down construction technology. The building’s façade consists of high-performance glazing and was constructed keeping energy efficiency in mind. It was designed to ensure minimal water consumption and better indoor air quality. The buildings at MFAR Manyata Tech Park are aptly named ‘Greenheart’ signifying their green live plant walls, natural air flow design, natural light optimisation, use of green architecture, materials and elements which come together to create a perfect harmony between man and nature.
