Central Park Launches Selene with Blockbuster Response Luxury Serviced Residences at South Gurugram’s Prime Location

Gurugram, July 25, 2025: Leading luxury real estate, Central Park has announced the launch of Selene, an exclusive tower of fully-furnished serviced residences at its 250 plus acre integrated township, Flower Valley in South Gurugram. 

Being developed in Sector 32-33, Badshahpur Sohna Road, South Gurugram, Selene comprises 353 studio and one-bedroom serviced residences, along with 38 high-street retail outlets. Almost 85% of the units were sold on launch day, early this month. 

The homes, ranging from 1000 to 3600 sq ft, feature four-side open layouts with 3.9-metre floor-to-floor height, offering sweeping views of the Alpha Golf Course and the Aravalli Range.
