Celebrating Excellence: CREDAI-Pune Metro Recognizes Outstanding Achievements in Construction Safety at the 2024-25 Awards!

Pune, January 28, 2025: The 23rd Edition of CREDAI-Pune Metro, one of the most anticipated real estate and development events in the region, hosted its prestigious “Safety Awards” during the Property EXPO 2025 held at the Agricultural College Grounds, Pune, from 17th to 19th January 2025. With around 400 participants, the Safety Awards celebrated and recognized remarkable contributions to construction safety, reinforcing its importance within the industry.

The event was graced by the esteemed Shri Amitesh Kumar, IPS, Hon. Police Commissioner, as the Chief Guest, along with distinguished guests, Shri Shailendra Pol, Hon. Additional Labour Commissioner of Labour and Shri. Nikhil Walke, Assistant Labour Commissioner, who emphasized the critical role of safety and labor welfare in the construction sector.

A comprehensive Safety Manual was unveiled during the ceremony with the presence of all dignitaries, marking a key milestone in the sector’s safety practices.

The awards echoed the mantra:

“Safety turns plans into progress and dreams into reality. Safety isn’t an obligation; it’s the heart of every successful project.”

This vision was championed by CREDAI-Pune Metro leadership, including President, Shri. Ranjit Naiknavare; Vice President, Shri. Arvind Jain; CREDAI – Kushal Chairman, Shri. J.P. Shroff; Convener, Mrs. Sapna Rathi; Co-Conveners, Shri. Milind Talathi and Shri. Parag Patil, alongside the Labor Welfare Committee and CREDAI-Secretariat Team.
