Bullet train to boost job creation and housing demnad – Mahindra Lifespaces – Sriram Mahadevan

New Delhi, October 01, 2017:  “The upcoming 508-km Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project or bullet train is expected tobe a mega developmental project. With 12 stations on route including Mumbai, Thane, Virar, Boisar, Vapi, Bilimora, Surat, Bharuch, Vadodara, Anand, Ahmedabad and Sabarmati – it will be a connectivity milestone. The project will especially usher in a new age of growth in outlying suburbs of Mumbai such as Boisar. It will spur the local economy and boost domestic industries via job creation. This in turn can boost demand for housing and other services. In addition, there will be increased development of social and lifestyle enhancing infrastructure and amenities.”
