New Delhi, November 25, 2022: BuildNext, India’s leading tech-enabled home builder launches operations in Coimbatore, the second largest metropolitan city of Tamil Nadu. The newly launched experience center is located at R.S. Puram East. Coimbatore holds special importance for the company, as it is the first store to be inaugurated by one of the many happy BuildNext customers, Mr. Muthu Nivas Hariharasubramanian.
Similar to BuildNext’s other experience centers across the country, the Coimbatore center offers a Virtual Reality (VR) experience to customers where they can test drive their homes before they set on the home-building journey. The tech enables home seekers to visualize their dream homes to the last detail such as color, flooring, ceiling, finishes of the walls and a lot more. It doesn’t just end here, the unique phygital experience allows selecting colors and finishes from physical samples and experiencing how they blend together with the design of their homes in Virtual reality. Further, their in-house app allows customers to be in control of their home building journey with regular updates on drawings, quality checks and more. The drawings are readily available on the app even after the homes are ready and handed over to the customers for a quick reference in case of any work that comes up in the future.
BuildNext understands that building our home is one of the most draining experiences, both financially and emotionally. And lack of accountability and transparency further adds to it. Right from planning, one is worried about things going wrong – be it with the design, choice of materials, in build-contract, among others. Visiting BuildNext’s experience center is a must for everyone looking at realizing their dream of a hassle-free sweet home.
Commenting on the BuildNext’s journey so far, Gopi Krishnan, Co-Founder & CEO, BuildNext said, “We strive to provide personalized homes to our customers that cater to all their needs while offering an unmatched lifestyle. The designs are customized to individual tastes and needs while ensuring functionality. Besides, BuildNext’s Building Performance Index (BPI) ensures every design gives maximum utilization of space along with high energy efficiency thereby, making optimal use of natural lighting and ventilation.”
Finaz Naha, Co-Founder and COO, BuildNext said, “We are in plans to expand our presence to multiple states across the country including Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Telangana. Currently, we have wide spread existence across Kerala and have commenced operations in Hyderabad as well. We have over 150 projects in different phases of development and have handed over more than 70 projects.”
Tamil Nadu has a great potential for growth of individual homes and BuildNext aims to capitalize on the same with expanding their presence in these markets.
BuildNext has raised $3.5 million in the last ‘pre-series A’ funding led by Pidilite Industries’. With 2 centers in Hyderabad and an upcoming center Coimbatore, the company is in plans to launch operations in the city of Bengaluru shortly.
