Brigade Group leases 3.75L sq. ft. office space to TCS

India’s leading real estate Developer has signed deal with India’s Largest IT service Provider to lease out the complete office Building in Whitefield, a major technology hub in Bangalore

Bangalore, May 24, 2017 : Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS), a USD 17 billion IT major and India’s largest IT company has signed a deal for office space in Brigade Bhuwalka Icon, a 3.75 Lakh sq. ft. development strategically located on Whitefield main road. The world class office space will house more than 4,000 IT Professionals and the office is expected to start operations in around 4 months.
