Bhumika Realty Appoints Amit Parsuramka as Chief Executive Officer

New Delhi, June 16, 2026:  Bhumika Realty Private Limited has appointed Amit Parsuramka as Chief Executive Officer. He will lead the company’s next phase of growth, with a focus on execution, customer experience, and sustainable value creation.

Mr. Parsuramka brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience in real estate, investments, and consumer businesses. He has previously served as CEO at Abhinandan Lodha Ventures (HoABL) and Bonito Designs, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Tata Realty & Infrastructure, President – Investment Fund at Lodha Ventures (Tomorrow Capital), and President – Sales at Lodha Group (Macrotech Developers).

He holds an MBA in Marketing from IISWBM, University of Calcutta, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He has also completed CA (Intermediate) from ICAI and a Diploma in Software Technology from NIIT.
