Bhumika Group completes Phase 1 of Urban Square

Udaipur, October 10, 2021: North India’s leading real estate developer Bhumika Group announced that it had completed phase 1 of its iconic Urban Square mall in Udaipur. Out of the total 1.8 million sq ft, around 1 million sq ft is ready for the fit outs. The mixed-use development has a mall positioned as “All Under One Roof” Mall and Multiplex with Retail, Lifestyle, Offices, 5 Star Hotel, a Food Court, Gaming Zone and many more entertainment options.

The mall that was bestowed with the ‘Most Admired Upcoming Shopping Centre Award’ at the IMAGES Shopping Centre Awards, (ISCA) 2021 in association with Shopping Centres Association of India (SCAI), has been in the news for the lifestyle changes it promises to bring in Udaipur.

Urban Square is located 20 minutes from the Maharana Pratap Airport and 7 minutes from the city centre. Recently, the mall signed up reputed brands in Cinema, F&B and apparel. 7 Screen INOX, Shoppers Stop, Allen Solly, Van Heusen, Louis Philippe, United Colors of Benetton, Spyker, Just for Kids, Funland, Archies, Baskin Robbins, The Sugar Shack, Choco Fountain, Candy Kingdom, Masala & Curry, Caffeination, KFC, Peter England, Brown Sugar (Baking brand) and Pantaloons. Thick Shake Factory have all leased out space at the mall. For the first time in city, the mall has Udaipur’s first micro-brewery and bar where one can hangout with the loved ones; driving enthusiasts can enjoy go-karting also.

The group is also launching Urban Suites serviced apartments, as a part of its flagship mixed-use development Urban Square. The 68 serviced apartments comes in 493 sq ft size. Bhumika Group plans to take the Urban Suites serviced apartment brand to all its mixed use developments across Rajasthan and Delhi NCR.
