Bhumika Group bags ‘Iconic Project of the Year Award’

New Delhi, December 04, 2021: North India’s leading real estate developer Bhumika Group was bestowed with the ‘iconic Project of the Year Award’ for Urban Square Udaipur at the 13th Realty Plus Conclave’s Excellence Awards 2021 (North) at a virtual event.

On this achievement Uddhav Poddar, MD, Bhumika Group thanked the jury members and added “We appreciate the award as it showcases the hard work that we are putting in to make it the most coveted destination in the city. Earlier, Bhumika Group was bestowed with the ‘Most Admired Upcoming Shopping Centre Award’ at the IMAGES Shopping Centre Awards, (ISCA) 2021 in association with Shopping Centres Association of India (SCAI). The Group bagged many awards for outstanding work and contribution in real estate sector, including second runner at Images’ most admired upcoming Shopping Centre of the year (2019) for its project Urban Square, Urban Square was recognised as the Best Mixed Use project of the year at 11th Realty+ Conclave and Excellence Awards 2019, Bhumika Group bagged “Emerging Developer of the Year – Retail/ Shopping Mall” by DNA presents Real Estate & Infrastructure Awards at Mumbai in 2019.
