It was only the vision and dynamism of Bhumi Raj that made it launch such a huge project in a totally unexplored area under all adverse circumstances. The place was lacking any kind of infrastructure such as sewerage, water and electricity. To make matters worse, there wasn’t even a single road. The venture was not convincing to any member of the housing industry and to others as well.

That was then. Today, it’s a different story altogether with Bhumi Raj having successfully delivered possessions of approximately 1500 units in 47 Buildings during the span of just around 3 years!
