ASK Property raises Rs.1,000 cr

Private equity firm ASK Property Investment Advisors said it has raised Rs.1,000 crore for its third domestic fund — ASK Real Estate Special Opportunities Fund II. The company said also announced the maiden investment from this fund in Purvankara’s Chennai project ‘Provident’. ASK Special Opportunities Fund II will continue with its strategy to stay focused only on top six cities investing in residential projects. ASK is looking at deploying this fund through 7-8 investments with average investment size ranging between Rs.100 crore and Rs.200 crore.
