From being a Managing Director with Sarvodaya Refinary Pvt. Ltd to starting your company “Arihant”, what triggered your move to become a entrepreneur?

Aspiration to become a leader & be powerful for decision to be taken.

How did your education at Mumbai University helped in the business and networking?

Nothing Special.

Your memorable experiences with Arihant, you want to share with us?

Each small milestone we achieved right from the launch & creating a differentiating identity. The presentation of our company at BANM property exhibition in Jan-2010 where we did the fusion of Marketing -Sales-Hospitality-Entertainment -Transparency.

In such a competitive industry where there are so many established players, how does Arihant differentiate itself from its competitors?

The Attitude which we keep in making the product & delivering it to the people gives us a stability position.

What is the biggest challenge of Infrastructure Development today, and what are you doing to address it?

External infrastructures development is the job of government & we are pushing government to be at par with the projects taken up by the developers.

Arihant would be surpassing 10 million sq. ft. Development by 2012, any promotional and marketing plans?

We are Embarking towards develop of 10million square feet & promotional & marketing plans will be in tune with the project launches.

Your views on successful expansion of Arihant in Jodhpur, Rajasthan and any future plans of expanding to other states and going global?

Jodhpur had been a good move .this has lowered our risk about depending on only Mumbai Market. No plans for more state or global; still given an opportunity our strength will surely grab it.

What are your future plans? How do you see your company evolving in the next five years?

We will increase our number of projects & increase the strength to build it. Next five years must be an exponential growth.

Group members at Arihant have been a great contribution to the overall growth?

Yes. Of course without them it would have been possible to be here today.

How Arihant has embraced information technology in it’s day to day operations?

We have adopted E.R.P Solution & each department is integrated online.

What are your Hobbies?

Sketching.

Your first encounter with major challenge at Arihant and how did you overcome this challenge?

To put people & functional system in place. I started rejecting what I Must not do so that it could be delegated to the HOD’s
