Ashiana Housing & Lohia Jain Group join hands to bring Premium Housing Project to Pune

‘Ashiana Malhar’, the premium housing project will come up in Hinjawadi, Pune

Ashiana brings 40 years of experience to Pune in building vibrant communities 

Pune, June 24, 2022: New Delhi-based NSE & BSE listed real estate developer Ashiana Housing and Pune-based Lohia Jain Group have joined hands to come up with a premium project, Ashiana Malhar in Pune’s Hinjawadi region. Spread over 11.33 acres, Ashiana Malhar will be developed by Ashiana Housing. The project will offer a total of 990 residential units.  Phase I of the project will comprise 224 spacious units.  

The project will offer two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, where the usable carpet area ranges from 733sq. ft to 1045sq. ft. Each tower will have 14 floors and will have stilt and open parking understanding the needs of the customers of Pune, Ashiana Malhar has been planned to provide a great living experience to the residents. Well connected through Mumbai- Bangalore highway, this project will cater to the needs of working millennials. Work-centric smart homes, open and green spaces, in-house clubhouse, Ashiana Malhar will be a place where one would feel like home.
