Utsav Retirement resorts are planned, constructed and maintained as quality living places for the silvers catering to the all their aging needs.

· Retirement Housing itself a lucrative business opportunities with growing demand for senior housing in India on the backdrop of 135 million senior citizens will be in India by 2020.

b) Group Housing

· Middle income Housing is the core thrust of Ashiana. Group Housing Projects amounting to 68 acres are under execution in various phases in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bhiwadi, Neemrana etc. Ashiana has identified western India, the next key market in its radar. 2 projects as of now it has taken up in Western India ie a senior Housing Project in Lavasa and group housing in Baroda. Halol Baroda is the key industrial town shaping up very fast, where Ashiana has decided to create it landmark housing project .Approx 500 units will be coming up in a land parcel of 10.65 acres in Halol with an investment of Rs.100 crore. The middle income housing is again a big market for Ashiana as more than 100 million household will join Indian middle class by 2030.

RBI Holds Repo Rate at 5.25%; Realty Industry Sees Stability as Growth Driver The Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) decision to maintain the repo rate at 5.25% and retain its ‘neutral’ monetary policy stance in the third bi-monthly Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting of FY27 has elicited a measured response from the real estate industry. While the sector had hoped for a rate cut to further enhance home loan affordability and stimulate housing demand, industry leaders believe the RBI’s decision reflects a balanced approach amid elevated global uncertainties, volatile energy prices, and inflationary concerns. They noted that stable interest rates will continue to support buyer confidence, provide financial predictability for developers, and sustain the momentum witnessed in the residential real estate market. Mr. Kamlesh Thakur, President, NAREDCO Maharashtra “The RBI’s decision to maintain the repo rate at 5.25% while retaining a neutral stance reflects a prudent approach amid global uncertainties and evolving inflation dynamics. While the industry was hopeful of a rate cut, policy stability itself provides confidence to both developers and homebuyers. With borrowing costs remaining unchanged, housing demand is expected to continue its momentum, particularly in the mid-income and premium segments. The upward revision of India’s GDP growth projection to 6.7% underscores the resilience of the domestic economy.
