But, they ensure you do not suffer a hidden charge and the homes are offered at the promised price. However, there are chances a few builders may have some unique terms and conditions in place. Make sure you have gone through all of these before you say ‘yes’ to the deal.

You must have often come across some foolish advertisements that say, “Buy 1 home and get the 2^nd one free or probably at half the price.” Apart from being a sign of bad advertisements, it can also turn out to be a dangerous trap for those who believe that such advertisements may be true. Anything you feel is impossible to be true should be avoided.

No doubt, festive season is indeed the best time to buy your dream home. You should definitely make the best use of offers and discounts available, but only after you have done the necessary investigation. After all, you would not want to see any unwanted surprises coming your way.
