Aparna Group continues on rapid growth trajectory

Hyderabad, May 26, 2017: Aparna Construction & Estates to launch its second green certified luxury residential project Aparna Sarovar Zenith.

Aparna Enterprises is now venturing into the manufacturing of premium tiles segment witha separate brand identity name.

Aparna Group, the largest construction conglomerate which is into construction, manufacturing and fabrication of building materials, shared today the news of its progress and tremendous growth in the coming years. Transformational development in the city and continuous demand for real estate in Telangana and Andhra, the group is seeing scope for growth. The group has three brands underneath: Aparna Constructions and Estates Pvt Ltd., Aparna Property Management Services Pvt Ltdand Aparna Enterprises Ltd.

Aparna Constructions and Estates Pvt. Ltd., the flagship real estate company from Aparna Group is coming up with its second green certified luxury residential project Aparna Sarovar Zenith at Nallagandala. The project comprises of 2475 units in 24.5 acres with a built-up area of 5million square feet in Hyderabad. It is the largest gated community development in the city. Aparna Constructions is also planning to enter into retail building space in the coming months. Aparna Constructions & Estates have seen many path-breaking innovations in its projects and continuously surpassing industry standards in this space.

Commenting on the growth of real estate, Mr. Rakesh Reddy, Director- Aparna Constructions &Estates, said, “Over the last 21 years, Aparna Constructions has delivered around 36 projects comprising of fully-integrated gated community villas, premium apartments, commercial projects, residential plot projects spread across 18 million square feet. Aparna Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) started its operations in 2006, under the brand name of Aparna Enterprises Ltd. By producing 1 Million M³ of ready mix concrete every year, it became a major player in RMC. The plants for Aparna RMC are located Hyderabad, Bangalore and Vizag. With the largest fleet of more than 150 Transit mixtures and about 40 concrete pumps, Aparna RMC is the leader in this space. AEL also forayed into quarry of metal aggregates i.e. crushed Robo Sand / Metal Chips (Road & Building Materials), products by establishing one of the most advanced Crushing Plants in Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.AEL earned a solid name in their segment too with its own large fleet of vehicles to ensure timely deliveries / service.

Aparna Enterprises Ltd. plans to venture into manufacturing of double charge vitrified floor tiles with a state-of-art manufacturing facility at Peddapuram (near Kakinada) with an installed capacity of 15000 M² of double charged vitrified tiles per day. The high quality double charge vitrified tiles will soon be in the market with a separate brand identity.
