Aparna Enterprises expands its product portfolio with uPVC profiles ‘ÖKOTECH’ to target Northern & Eastern India

Hyderabad, August 08, 2017: Aparna Enterprises, the flagship company of Aparna Group which is into fabrication and manufacturing of building materials and has several successful products across uPVC doors and windows; Ready Mix Concrete (RMC); high end sanitary fittings showroom and tile distribution is now expanding its product portfolio to manufacture lead-free uPVC profiles under the brand name ‘ÖKOTECH’ and the manufacturing unit is located at Hyderabad. The unit has a capacity to produce 9 to 10 Metric Ton / day of uPVC profiles for sliding and casement system. ÖKOTECH will cater to the North, West and East India markets like Delhi, Ghaziabad, Jaipur, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha. The uPVC profiles will be available for casement windows, sliding windows, arch windows, special windows in varied colours like Golden Oak, Dark Oak, Walnut & Mahagoni, etc.

ÖKOTECH is manufactured with an aim to serve the need of fabricators looking for high quality uPVC profiles produced with state-of-the-art extrusion unit in Hyderabad. The technology and the entire equipment for manufacturing of ÖKOTECH uPVC profiles are being imported from WEGOMA, Germany to ensure high reliability and accuracy in the manufacturing process. The uPVC profiles are reinforced with galvanized steel sections for additional strength to withstand high wind loads. ÖKOTECH has the largest profile bending machine in India that can produce arches with max of 3 meter radius.
