New Delhi, September 28, 2024: Gautam Adani is already expanding his business in different ways. Adani Realty is also such a big firm which is undertaking several plans across the nation and world. The company is already undertaking large-scale projects in India, including the Dharavi redevelopment and ventures in the Delhi-NCR region. Now the big business tycoon in India is planning something bigger than the earlier projects.

Gautam Adani’s real estate company, Adani Realty, is reportedly in discussions to acquire a stake in Emaar India, a subsidiary of Dubai-based Emaar Group. According to a report by Business Today, executives from both companies have been meeting in Dubai to negotiate the terms of this potential transaction. While the size of the stake is yet to be finalised, the talks indicate a significant move by Adani Realty in expanding its presence in India’s real estate market.
