AltF Coworking’s Latest Offering Comes up with 1500 Office Desks in Okhla, New Delhi

New Delhi, December 02,  2023 :   AltF Coworking launches its latest offering in the coworking space industry at Okhla, New Delhi on 1st December, 2023. The state-of-the-art workspace exemplifies AltF’s vision for facilitating startups and SMEs.

The Okhla, New Delhi facility boasts a 50,000-square-foot area, which shall offer a range of seating options that will include a total of 1500 desks. What’s more, there will be bespoke seating solutions suiting the needs of the enterprises, with all the facilities expected of a contemporary office setup.

The behemoth of the office space industry has already made a mark in Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram. As for its expansion strategy, AltF is keenly looking to foray into the Hyderabad and Pune markets while keeping a tab on its presence in North India as well. AltF Coworking is seeking to raise funds at an estimated figure of $ 1-2 million in Q1 2024. Thereby helping the company in funding to acquire 4 to 6 properties in the following financial year, foster partnerships, and create brand awareness as AltF will begin expanding its footprint by investing around INR 10 Crore in FY 24-25. The co-space enterprise plans to develop 14 centres in FY 23-24 and 22 more by FY 24-25. 

The founder’s overarching philosophy is to create a work environment to create the happiest, most productive, pocket-friendly office space for better work efficiency. Ultimately, AltF is all about making next-gen office spaces for millennials, start-ups, entrepreneurs, and SMEs.
