New Delhi, August 03, 2018: Ajmera Group, one of India’s leading real estate conglomerates, has received a ‘Gold’ rating for their residential property Ajmera Zeon at Wadala, Mumbai. The widely recognised Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) which is a part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has awarded the company under the IGBC Green Homes Rating Programme. The report is determined by categories such as site selection, planning, water efficiency, energy efficiency, materials, indoor environmental quality, and innovation and design process as defined by the IGBC.
