New Delhi, April 28, 2017: Imagine experiencing a building even before it is constructed. Being able to walk through it, view it from every floor, every balcony, being able to stand at the deck and know how big or small the pool actually looks, and having an ergonomic relationship with a space and its elements. Imagine how efficient a building’s design would be if that was possible.
Access Architects have made this dream come true. Always on the forefront of introducing latest technologies, the company has set up virtual reality software with hand held motion controllers in their new office in Mumbai to offer its clients the opportunity to experience the building they design and help improve its efficiency, in turn saving project costs and time.
Being known as the country’s leading efficiency design architects, this step is just one of the many ways that Access has helped clients create projects that are sustainable, practical and cost efficient. They have numerous case studies on how their designs have saved large amounts of energy costs and square footage and delivered projects not just on time, but before time due to their technological support.
And this is not their first “first”. They are pioneers in the use of BIM software, 3D scanners and printers and the first to use aluminum shuttering as well as pneumatic shuttering systems for high rise buildings in India. More recently, they are using Steel and Precast concrete technology in a proprietary blend that complements the economics of development and the contemporary Indian ethos. They have to their credibility a completion of more than 1000 buildings, including 2 residential projects on the ultra-luxurious Altamount road, 5 completed buildings in Bandra Kurla Complex including Sofitel, a 5 star plus Luxury Hotel. They also recently completed The Ruby, the tallest commercial building in India. Some of their clients include the top developers in India, Fortune 500 Companies and numerous happy families occupying more than a million homes designed by them.
