* Shri B.Anand, IAS (TN 87), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs as Additional Secretary & Financial Adviser, Department of Biotechnology and Ministry of Earth Sciences;

* Shri Rajiv Ranjan Mishra, IAS (TG 87), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs as Director General, National Mission for Clean Ganga.
