Ruparel Realty launches Two Iconic Projects in Mumbai


Mumbai’s western suburb to get its first private elevator apartment complex ‘Ruparel Palcio’

Mumbai, November 14, 2017: Mumbai-based Ruparel Realty, a leading real estate firm, announced the launch of two of their signature projects in Kandivali, West. In the affordable housing segment they launched phase II of Ruparel Optima, while Ruparel Palacio will be a gated haven of luxury residences.

Ruparel is offering special payment plans for the project, Ruparel Optima can be booked by paying only Rs 1,00,000 where as Ruparel Palacio can be booked by paying only 1% of the value of the apartment at the time of booking, also buyers will get iphoneX on registration. Additionally, customers can avail  5gm gold voucher on payments made on swiping credit or debit cards.
