Naiknavare Developers to launch ‘Gruha Shodh Uttsav’ in Goa this Gudi Padwa

Panaji, March 14, 2018: Naiknavare Developers, Pune, will be launching ‘Gruha Shodh Uttsav’, a special scheme for their Goan customers, on the occasion of the Gudi Padwa festival later this month.

Addressing a press conference in the city on Monday, Ranjit Naiknavare, Director, Naiknavare Developers, said the objective of the special scheme was to make it easier for customers to purchase reliable, quality housing at affordable prices on the Kadamba Plateau, which promises to become the New Panaji.

For instance, customers would be able to purchase a one BHK (studio) apartment at Esmeralda-phase II at the price of Rs 41.6 lakh, thanks mainly to the special Gudi Padwa offer of No pre-EMI till possession, No GST impact, free modular kitchen and rental assurance for one year, he said, adding customers visiting the three-day Uttsav would also become eligible for lucky draws which could win them among other things, a free covered car park for one lucky customer, no stamp duty for two lucky customers, free club house membership for one lucky winner, LED TV for five lucky winners, washing machine for five lucky winneramong other goodies.

Speaking about the project, Mr Naiknavare said the Esmeralda-Phase II project was located on the Kadamba Plateau near Panaji and was spread across ten acres. It had residences of all sizes on offer: studio, two and three BHK apartments and NA developed sub-divided plots, he said, adding the project was a mix of residential, commercial and plotted development with world class amenities, which would prevent residents from travelling far and wide for their daily routine and leisure activities.
