The winner, Gurgaon resident Ms. Nidhi Chandna, is now the proud owner of an apartment at Happinest – Palghar: Mahindra Lifespaces’ latest affordable housing project, which has emerged as one of the fastest-selling projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
