The Mumbai-based real estate developer has launched Godrej Prime in Chembur, Mumbai
Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) (BSE scrip id: GODREJPRP), the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, today announced the launch of its residential project, Godrej Prime, in Chembur, Mumbai. Spread over 3.5 acres, the project will consist of a total saleable area of approximately 70,000 sq. m. (750,000 sq. ft.). Customers can choose from 2BHK, 2.5BHK, 3BHK and 3.5BHK apartments ranging from 59 sq. m. to 100 sq. m. (633 sq. ft. to 1076 sq. ft.).
The project is strategically located in Chembur and is just a stone’s throw away from Tilak Nagar railway station.
